Six years ago, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Emmanuel founded his resume writing firm, TheGoodWrite, to help candidates share their authentic stories. By tracking his clients' application results on the ground, he built a practice rooted in realistic, tested career strategies that cut through generic buzzwords. That same discipline led him to launch his executive search practice, TheHuntsMen, bringing a human first approach back to recruitment.

Today, Emmanuel uses these insights to help job seekers at all stages—from fresh graduates to C-suite executives—turn raw life experiences into compelling narratives that land interviews. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, is an IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP CP), and holds a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI KAH) from the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore.
